Jake was great, come into my house cold reviewed my air flow issues, came up with a solid very workable soluton and redistributed air flows to my office and master bedroom where is was needed. Very Knowledgeable in his field.

Tomas diagnosed my HVAC problems and was able to make the repairs after giving me an up front estimate. He is a great technician and the ladies in the office always kept me informed.

My AC went out while on vacation and came home to it being 97 degrees. Phoenix Air was able to make it out next day, earlier then originally estimated and had it up and running within the hour.

I have been very happy using phx air dept for all my AC and heating needs. they’re very professional, courteous and always on time .. they installed all my AC and heating appliances a few years back and have been very happy with the units and especially the money we have saved with the installation of new units.. we have also arranged to be on a regular maintenance schedule and have been very happy with the company contacting us to set up appointments on our free time. never any pressure which is appreciated. thanks PHXAIRDEPT!
