These terms cover your use of www.phxairdept.com and all heating and air conditioning services you request from Phoenix Air Department (“PAD,” “we,” “us”), including service calls, repairs, installations, maintenance and memberships. By using the site or booking service with us, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Using our website

You may use this site to learn about our services, request service, and ask about memberships. Please don’t misuse it, for example by submitting false requests, interfering with how the site works, or copying our content for commercial use without permission. Site text, photos and branding belong to PAD.

Information on this site

We work to keep prices, plans and other details on this site accurate and current, but mistakes happen and details can change. Our guides are general information, not a diagnosis of your system. The price that applies to your job is the upfront price we give you and you approve before work starts.

Service requests and scheduling

Online scheduling and request forms are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we confirm with you.
Same-day service is typically 2 to 4 hours when capacity allows, and we give you a live ETA. Arrival times are estimates, not guarantees.
For no-cool or no-heat emergencies, calling (602) 586-6001 is the fastest way to reach us.

Pricing and approval

For every job, including repairs and installations, you get an upfront flat-rate price before any work starts. No work happens without your approval.
Our diagnostic (service-call) fee is $110. It is waived when you approve the repair, and Gold members have it waived.
Gold members and new customers pay no added night or weekend fee. Other customers, please ask about night and weekend pricing when you call.

Payment

Invoices and payments are handled through Jobber, our field service software.

Our technicians

Our technicians are licensed, background-checked W-2 employees of PAD.

Warranty

Repairs and installations carry a 1-year warranty on our workmanship, or 2 years for Platinum members. Maintenance visits are not covered by this warranty. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and are governed by the manufacturer’s terms. To make a warranty request, contact us.

Memberships and promotions

Plans are priced per unit, per month: Silver $14.99, Gold $30, Platinum $55.
No payment is taken when you sign up online. A dispatcher calls you to complete enrollment.
Standard memberships can be canceled anytime by contacting us.
Promotions may carry their own terms, shown on the offer page. For example, the October 2026 “Pick Your Treat” Gold offer requires a 12-month membership (cancelable anytime after that), and treats are limited to one per household, while supplies last.

Text messages

By texting us or giving us a mobile number, you agree to receive service-related text messages from PAD. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate contact, address and job information.
Provide safe access to your equipment, including attics, closets, roofs and yards.
Secure pets before and during the visit.
Share gate codes, HOA or building access instructions ahead of time.
Make sure you own the property or have the owner’s permission to approve work.

Rescheduling or canceling

Plans change. To reschedule or cancel a visit, call us at (602) 586-6001 as early as you can.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is.” To the extent Arizona law allows, PAD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. For services, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for our gross negligence or willful misconduct. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to make it right.

Links to other sites

Some links, such as our online scheduling hub (Jobber) and maps, go to sites we don’t control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
